Program Overview
After passing through whirlwind of school and college days, loads of interviews and then landing a job, many people tend to think that they have reached a saturation point where their career progress has reached a halt and growing at a very slow pace. In this competitive world, where there is an oasis of opportunities outside, they don’t feel comfortable sitting at their desk and waiting for an opportunity to knock at their door one fine day. It makes sense that we stand up and make ourselves worth grabbing the opportunities.
To emphasize on a few salient features of the program, the program aims to provide an integrated perspective of management functioning along with a fair amount of exposure to real life cases/ technical know-how. A lot of emphasis is paid on increasing the students analytical abilities; provide access to a broad base of knowledge in core managerial skills, develop the essential management skills required to meet and participate in an increasingly international business environment, and to build upon the essential core management modules allowing greater emphasis on elective modules of management.
